The hotel was in a great location, easy to find with an ample parking lot. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our business trip. The spacious rooms were clean and tidy, allowing us to work comfortably. The free Wi-Fi was a plus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The hotel restaurant had a delicious and affordable buffet breakfast that we enjoyed.
We found the lack of room service and a phone in the room inconvenient, making it difficult to order food or drinks or to contact reception. The outdated décor of the room was unimpressive, which they could renovate for new business visitors.

I really enjoyed my stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view from the balcony. The hotel provided a large parking area, making it easy for me to find a spot. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was easy to navigate to using GPS. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
I would highly recommend this place to others.

The hotel had friendly personnel and the location was great, with easy access to the city center and nearby restaurants. the breakfast had a generous variety of fresh food and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.
The hotel needs some renovations such as better lighting, more modern interiors and wider towels as they were incredibly small. the room rate was too expensive for what was offered and the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food with a variety of options. Impressive swimming area with warm water. Spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. Convenient access to thermal bath with provided bathrobes. Affordable and delicious meals. Copious buffet breakfast. Kind staff.

The hotel was easy to locate with vast parking space, and the staff were generally friendly. the rooms were too old, fashioned and very dim, with just a few light bulbs. Bathroom was too small and had malfunctioning objects like the extractor fan that made loud noises. There was no room service and no phone in the room. Breakfast was served late and with small towels.
The hotel was quite expensive for its quality, the A, la, Carte lunch was overpriced, and there were few healthy snack options in the mini, fridge.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff, the spacious rooms with great views, large on-site parking, and easy-to-find location. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, the delicious and copious breakfast, and the hotel facilities such as the warm swimming pool and restaurant.
